My name is Amanda, but those who know me call me Mandi! I love and care for people and my heart goes out to those in need: spiritual, emotional, and physical needs. I am married to Michael and have three adult sons; Noah, Benjamin, and Samuel. Michael and I met in college where I was studying elementary education and we have ministered together in churches for the past three decades. During this time I have had the blessing to be a housewife, mother, and educator of my children as we homeschooled them through most of their childhood. In ministry, I have been very involved in coordinating and hosting events and fellowship, teaching children, leading Vacation Bible Schools, as well as counseling and guiding those going through difficult circumstances. I understand and connect with those who are hurting and know how God’s grace can sustain and heal brokenness. I love my family, but also love aesthetics, decorating, fashion, making beautiful spaces, and fitness. I am attracted to the Anglican Church/faith because it is aesthetically beautiful in the worship of God and appeals to all senses. In my role at Holy Cross, I coordinate what we call Koinonia. This is simply a fancy Greek word to describe fellowship, activities, and events. A particular passion of mine is encouraging women of all ages to feel and look confident by living a physically, spiritually, and emotionally healthy life. I look forward to meeting you and learning more about you as a person and what God is doing in your life . . .
